Make Your Request

Requests for items that leave zero waste will be fulfilled on a first, first-served basis and as supplies last.

Items will not be shipped, please request a time to pick up in your request email.  The District office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, and is located on the 3rd floor of the Key Bank building on the south side of the courthouse square in Lebanon (127 West Main Street, Suite 313, Lebanon, IN 46052).
